How it works
We check whether data from your original engine ECU can be transferred to a suitable replacement. Identify both units before purchasing a donor or sending a parcel.

Using your details, we check whether your exact unit is supported, whether original data and replacement hardware fit together and which work remains on the vehicle afterwards. You receive the result and the quotation before anything is shipped.
Packing the unit
- Put the unit in an antistatic bag.
- Use a sturdy box with enough padding; protect the connectors from pressure.
- Enclose a note with your name, phone number and reference number.
- Ship insured and send us the tracking number.
During the work
We document the receipt of your unit. You can follow the current stage at any time via the status link from your confirmation email. If the findings differ from the preliminary assessment, we contact you before continuing.
Return and commissioning
The unit is returned as agreed. Which steps remain on the vehicle – for example installation, coding or commissioning – we tell you before the return. Mercedes ABS/ESP, airbag/SRS and SAM are commissioned only with the vehicle here.
How it works
- Send vehicle details, unit identifiers and the diagnosis already carried out.
- We check the supported procedure, donor compatibility and any work needed on the vehicle, then agree the quotation.
- After approval, send the agreed units securely packed and clearly assigned, or attend with the vehicle by appointment.
- We perform the agreed work and document the result. Remaining installation or commissioning steps are communicated before return or handover.
Shipping from your country
State your country and return postcode in your enquiry. Before shipment we agree feasibility, the work, outward and return shipping, costs and any applicable customs arrangements. Transport time is separate from workshop processing time. Wait for explicit shipping approval; do not send a unit based solely on this page.
