Engine ECU, transmission control unit, EIS or CAS — send it in and we transfer the original data 1:1 onto an identical replacement unit. The immobiliser is preserved, the written report is included. All makes, all ECU types.

We have been working on vehicle electronics in the Hardegsen workshop (Lower Saxony, Germany) since 1978. Three master-level diagnostic tool chains — XENTRY (Mercedes), ODIS (VW Group) and ISTA (BMW/Mini) — combined with bench programming hardware (KTAG, MagicMotorSport, Autotuner) cover almost every modern ECU platform.
Same software the official dealerships use — XENTRY, ODIS, ISTA. SCN coding, FBS programming, variant coding included.
BDM, JTAG, Tricore Bench and Boot Mode for the entire Bosch / Continental / Siemens / Delphi range. We work on the chip — not just via OBD.
Every clone is accompanied by a written report: original VIN, target VIN, data regions, checksum, and the engineer's signature.
DHL insured, tracked. Return shipping is included in the fixed price — no hidden costs after the work is done.
Original data 1:1 onto a matching replacement unit. Immobiliser preserved. All popular Bosch / Continental / Siemens platforms.
Mercedes 722.9, ZF 6HP/8HP, VW DSG DQ250/DQ200/DQ500. Adaptation values transferred or reset cleanly.
Service clone with backend authentication, key data transferred, vehicle remains startable without re-coding the key.
Steering lock control unit cloned including FBS coupling. Especially common after EZS failure on W203, W211, W639, W906.
Crash data cleared, virgin condition restored. Cost-effective alternative to replacement after an accident.
Forensic mileage documentation; original mileage retained. Legal handling per §22b StVG.
If your control unit is not listed, send us the part number and the failure description — we will check feasibility within one working day.
Send us the vehicle, the ECU type and the failure pattern via WhatsApp or our form. We assess feasibility and quote a fixed price — usually within one working day.
Remove the ECU, pack it safely and send it by parcel. We can provide a shipping label. Important: no loose connectors, anti-static packaging recommended.
Once received, we run a full diagnosis. Backup of the original data, transfer onto a replacement unit or repair. All data regions are verified before return.
The cloned ECU is checked for readability, VIN binding and data completeness. You receive a written report with every step.
Insured return via DHL — return shipping included. Installation notes and warranty document are part of the package.
Yes — that is precisely the advantage of cloning over replacing. The original VIN binding, immobiliser keys and SCN coding are transferred 1:1. Your existing keys keep working. No re-coding at a dealership is required.
Yes. Cloning is a workshop technique that transfers your existing licensed data onto identical replacement hardware. Mileage from the instrument cluster is handled in accordance with §22b StVG and documented. We do not perform any odometer manipulation.
Typical turnaround is 2–4 working days from arrival of the parcel. We confirm receipt the same day, run the diagnosis the next working day, and ship the result with an insured DHL return label.
We quote a fixed price before any work starts — based on ECU type, brand and complexity. Engine control units typically start at the level of a standard repair, transmission units and CAS/EIS modules sit slightly higher. Return shipping and the written report are always included.
Not always. For many platforms we can supply a tested matching replacement. If you have your own donor, we use it. Either way the inquiry process clarifies this within one working day.
Inquiries in English, German, French, Dutch, Polish, Turkish and Ukrainian are welcome. WhatsApp text and voice messages are the fastest channel — we typically reply within a few hours during workshop hours (Mon–Fri).
